Responsible rummy play: limits and helplines
Deposit limits, self-exclusion, tilt cues and a real-helpline resource list.
Limits to set
- Per-session cash budget (deposit limit)
- Time cap per session (app reminder or alarm)
- Cooling-off period after two consecutive losses
- Self-exclusion flow if the budget cannot be held
Self-exclusion flow
Most Indian rummy apps expose a self-exclusion flow under the responsible-gaming menu. Set a fixed exclusion window (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent). The exclusion blocks deposits, logins and marketing messages for the window. Reactivation requires a confirmation step after the window ends.

Tilt cues: when to walk away
- Three consecutive losses in a single session
- Two consecutive drops before round three
- Chasing a single joker across four draws
- Increasing the entry fee to recover losses
- Playing past the time you said you would stop
- Borrowing or extending credit to play another hand
What to do after a losing streak
Step away from the app. Set a cooling-off window of 24 hours. Review your deposit limit and your time cap. If the streak has broken your budget, set a self-exclusion window. If the streak is affecting your mood or your week, talk to a helpline: the numbers above are independent of any operator.

Session checklist before you open the app
Responsible play is a set of decisions made before the first deal, not a slogan after a losing streak. Write the bankroll you can lose today, the clock time you will stop, and the number of consecutive losses that force a break. Keep those three numbers outside the app so a tilt cue cannot edit them.
If any tilt cue on this page already sounds familiar, step away and use the helpline list. The strategy desk can wait; the session limit cannot.
